Job summary

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service department on Maryland's Eastern Shore. This full-time role offers a pathway to career growth and a strong compensation package, with a coastal lifestyle near the Delaware beaches.

You will oversee daily operations, drive CSI, and mentor Advisors and Technicians while maintaining high performance and adherence to manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Automotive Service Management experience.
• Solid understanding of dealership systems (DealerTrack preferred).
• Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland's Eastern Shore.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service department operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention.
• Coach, train, and develop Advisors and Technicians.
• Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics.
• Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Build a positive, high-performance service culture.
