LifeHikes® is seeking a highly organized Coordinator to support the growth, engagement, and day-to-day operations of our coaching community.

The role blends systems and relationship-building, supporting communications, data tracking, and resource organization behind the scenes. Approximately 80% focuses on engagement and coordination, with 20% on light video editing and content organization.

Responsibilities

• Support coach community engagement initiatives and communications.
• Organize coaching resources, documentation, and internal libraries.
• Track feedback and assist with monthly reporting and insights.
• Assist with AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.
• Perform basic video editing of coaching recordings using iMovie or similar.
• Organize video assets in the Coach Resource Hub and SharePoint.
