Qualifications

• 5+ years of management or leadership experience in residential services.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Sales experience in residential services is a big plus.
• A natural coach and communicator who leads with heart and holds high standards.
• Comfortable with data, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• No trades license required; leadership and genuine love for building great teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical Service Experts and Apprentice Technicians.
• Drive team revenue, gross profit, and performance — and own the results.
• Recruit, train, and develop your people into the best versions of themselves.
• Build a team culture rooted in happiness, encouragement, accountability, and excellence.
• Partner with Dispatch to assign the right expert to every job.
• Analyze performance data and lead with insight-driven decisions.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Be a direct, honest communication partner to ownership.
