Dover Food Retail seeks a skilled Project Manager with CO2 refrigeration startup and commissioning expertise. You will oversee start-up, planning, implementation, and tracking of refrigeration projects, including on-site supervision, technical support, scheduling, and budget management.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in refrigeration, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with EMS controls. Travel 90-100% is required.

Competenze

• Proven experience in refrigeration system startup and commissioning, particularly CO2 systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, P&IDs and related documentation.
• Strong project management and customer-relations skills.

Mansioni

• Lead start-up and commissioning of CO2 refrigeration installations.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site activities with customers and teams.
