Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Manager for Microsoft Co-Sell to translate the Microsoft partnership into pipeline and revenue. You will design joint sales plays with Microsoft field, connect Anthropic account executives with Microsoft counterparts, and ensure deals close through Azure Marketplace.

This role requires experience driving partner-based revenue, knowledge of cloud marketplaces, and strong storytelling for executives.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a revenue or pipeline with results you can point to.
• Knowledge of enterprise deals in cloud marketplaces and unblocking stuck deals.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate concisely to executives.
• Demonstrated ownership of work and closing loops with stakeholders.
• Ability to move stalled deals through blockers.
• Ability to build trust across a large partner organization and field sellers.

Responsibilities

• Design joint sales plays with Microsoft and drive pipeline.
• Move deals through Azure Marketplace with private offers and billing setup.
• Track opportunities and coordinate to close.
• Run regular pipeline and escalation rhythm with Microsoft.
• Provide leadership with clear view of operational status.
• Bring field insight to product and GTM teams.
• Own at least one major joint initiative with Microsoft.
