Job summary

Anthropic, a San Francisco–based AI safety company with a strategic Seattle presence, seeks a Partner Manager for Microsoft Co-Sell. You will build and run joint sales plays with Microsoft's field teams, connect Anthropic account executives with Microsoft counterparts, and ensure deals started in co-sell close through Azure Marketplace.

You will own end-to-end responsibilities from deal details to executive readouts, driving pipeline, revenue and collaboration across teams in a fast-growing AI

Qualifications

• Experience owning revenue or pipeline via partner/co-sell motions.
• Hands-on understanding of enterprise deals on cloud marketplaces.
• Ability to communicate clearly to executives and move stalled deals.

Responsibilities

• Design and run joint sales plays with Microsoft field teams.
• Move opportunities through Azure Marketplace and private offers.
• Track pipeline and escalation rhythms with Microsoft.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility on what's working.
• Own major joint initiatives such as events or product workstreams.
