Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Partner Manager for Microsoft Co-Sell to transform partnerships into pipeline and revenue. You will design and run joint sales plays with Microsoft's field teams, connect Anthropic account executives with Microsoft counterparts, and manage deals from co-sell conversations to closing through Azure Marketplace.

You will own end-to-end processes, escalate where needed, and provide leadership with insights on program health.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a revenue or pipeline number through a partner or co-sell motion.
• Hands-on experience transacting deals through a cloud marketplace and unblocking stuck deals.
• Detail-oriented with ability to present a concise executive story.
• Proven ownership of work with proactive stakeholder communication.
• Ability to move stalled deals through blockers in a matrixed organization.
• Experience building trust across large partner organizations and field leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the co-sell engine day to day: design joint sales plays with Microsoft and run account mapping.
• Keep deals moving through Azure Marketplace and track opportunities to close.
• Run the regular pipeline and escalation rhythm with Microsoft.
• Provide clear visibility to executives on what is working and what is blocked.
• Bring field insight back to product and GTM teams.
• Lead at least one major joint initiative with Microsoft (event, workstream, or deal ops).
