Romark Logistics is seeking a Co-Pack Production Leader to oversee line setup, ensure production efficiency, and perform quality inspections on packaging and donor candy. You will audit product quality, coordinate with team leaders, and maintain GMP/OSHA compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and layout of production lines.
• Maintain production efficiency and communicate with team leaders.
• Inspect packaging and donor candy for specifications.
• Perform quality audits on weight, bags, labels, and odors.
• Inspect inbound/outbound product and conduct cycle counts.
• Report quality discrepancies to management for resolution.
• Maintain GMP and OSHA compliance; keep a clean, safe workspace.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
