Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking a Packer to join the production team. You will work at the end of the line, packing candy to meet quality standards and maintaining records. You will learn and follow GMP guidelines to ensure food safety and product quality, with opportunities to support continuous improvement in the plant.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with training on FSQA and safety protocols.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to routinely and frequently stand, stoop, bend and lift overhead
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces
• Skilled in using hands effectively

Aufgaben

• Pack candy that meets quality standards.
• Requesting and receiving product (raw and finished).
• Maintain product quality and records.
• Pack product per guidelines.
• Deliver product as needed.
• Understand specifications for each type of product and recognize deviations.
• Perform clean-up activities.
• Control waste on the line.
• Notify leads or supervisors of issues with candy, bases, descriptions, or incomplete boxes.
• Adhere to GMP to ensure product quality and food safety standards.
• Complete FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Report food safety hazards and deviations to the supervisor.
• Contribute to the company’s Food Safety Culture through actions aligned with your role.
