Job summary

Mission-Pharmaca is seeking a Packaging Operations Supervisor to manage and coordinate the activities of Packaging Line Operators and the Packaging Mechanical Maintenance team. The role focuses on safe, compliant, and efficient packaging operations, including equipment set-up, troubleshooting, and repair to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Supervise Packaging Line Operators and Packaging Mechanical Maintenance technicians.
• Ensure cGMP compliance, safety, quality, and company policies.
• Coordinate packaging equipment set-up, troubleshooting, and maintenance support.

Responsibilities

• Review packaging requirements and production schedules to determine resource needs.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs and MPRs; perform line checks and pre-run inspections.
• Monitor KPI data and packaging performance; support interdepartmental coordination.
• Investigate production and equipment issues; implement corrective actions and training.
