Job summary

kdc/one Groveport is seeking a Production Line Leader to oversee day-to-day operations on the filling and packaging line. You will train and lead the team to maintain quality, meet shift goals, and ensure safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing or supervisory roles, familiarity with cGMP, OSHA, SOPs, and SAP, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with FDA cGMPs, OSHA, SOPs, and SAP.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead production employees to meet shift goals with consistency and quality.
• Train team on SOPs, WIs, housekeeping, and safety protocols.
• Record production documentation in SAP.
• Perform ongoing quality checks on appearance, torque, and weight.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on projects and changeovers.
• Investigate failures or deviations and determine root causes.
• Promote safety and ensure line compliance with OSHA/GMP.
