Job summary

Romark Logistics is hiring a CoPack Production Leader for 1st shift in Dallas, TX. You will set up and lay out production lines, oversee temporary staff, and drive efficiency while ensuring accuracy and quality of all products.

You will also perform GMP/OSHA compliant inspections and support continuous improvement initiatives. Join a family-style, growth-oriented team where safety, teamwork, and accountability are valued.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Prior quality knowledge a plus.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to motivate others.
• Ability to read and interpret safety/maintenance documents.
• Able to work daily and weekend overtime.
• Solid written and spoken communication; bilingual a plus.
• Able to work up to 40 feet heights.
• Able to work in cold storage (40 F).

Responsibilities

• Set up and layout of production lines.
• Maintain production efficiency on assigned lines.
• Audit processed products for accuracy and quality.
• Inspect packaging and donor candy to specifications.
• Perform GMP and OSHA compliance and safety duties.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support in resolving quality discrepancies.
• Communicate with CoPack Team Leaders about temporary staff.
• Participate in special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
