Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of managing experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and/or CoPack operations, methods, and practices.
• Strong computer skills related to the use of Microsoft Office products and WMS.
• Excellent communication skills including written, oral, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Human Resources on applicant selection and screening.
• Mentors and trains new employees to ensure they meet productivity goals.
• Monitors employee performance and conducts annual performance evaluations.
• Facilitates and instructs training classes to meet operational needs.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Skills

Managing experience in a production environment

Knowledge of manufacturing and/or CoPack operations

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS)

Excellent communication skills

Flexibility to work alternate schedules
