Vertex Pharmaceuticals in Boston is seeking a 6-month Human-AI Work and Organization Design Co-op for January–July 2027. You will join Workforce Strategy & Innovation to capture lessons, document design decisions, and contribute to developing practical methodologies for AI-enabled work transformations.

Qualifications
- Pursuing graduate degree in a relevant field.
- Strong interest in future of work, AI, and organization design.
- Ability to conduct structured research and synthesize findings.
Responsibilities
- Capture and synthesize lessons from Vertex’s AI Transformation.
- Document design decisions, methods, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Evolve and refine Human-AI design methodology and playbooks.
- Research measurement approaches for AI-enabled work and org redesign.
- Prepare cross-pod learning summaries and executive-ready materials.
