Job summary

MSD Malaysia offers a Future Talent Program in collaboration with the RCPO team within the GRACS Operations, Process & Systems group. The 4–6 month co-op provides real projects, exposure to six sigma concepts, and governance for document management in a global setting.

You will develop processes, materials, and metrics while supporting cross-functional stakeholders and participating in meetings and knowledge sharing. This paid internship emphasizes learning and practical contribution.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Interest in process improvement and basic familiarity with process management & quality concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain team collaboration channels to ensure accurate, accessible documentation.
• Assist with the upkeep of contact lists, SME directories, and governance artifacts (e.g., RACI matrices, prioritization tools).
• Contribute to process prioritization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for recurring meetings (e.g., Community of Practice, office hours) and other stakeholder events.
• Create or update communication and education materials (slides, FAQs, quick reference guides).
• Support ad hoc projects and administrative activities as needed.
