Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a college degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience or familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is desirable.
• Availability for occasional travel (typically up to 5%).

Responsibilities

• Maintain team collaboration channels and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with upkeep of contact lists, SME directories, and governance artifacts.
• Contribute to process prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for meetings and stakeholder events.
• Create or update communication and education materials.
• Support ad hoc projects and administrative activities.
