Qualifications

• Experience with pipettes, balances, pH meters, biosafety cabinets, and/or fume hoods.
• Experience documenting experimentations including objectives, reagents, procedure, results, and conclusions.
• Experience with analytical techniques such as cell culture, ELISA, qPCR, protein concentration assays, HPLC, LC-MS, and related methods.

Responsibilities

• Analytical method development, troubleshooting, validation, and sample testing.
• Support process development/changes and instrument qualifications.
• Laboratory start-up activities including inventory management.
