Job summary

Merck's Future Talent Program offers a 6-month co-op in Global Supplier Management Group (GSMG) within Process Excellence & Operations and Business Intelligence & Systems. You will work on supplier processes, risk systems, and data analytics to deliver actionable insights.

You'll gain exposure to global procurement, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and develop dashboards and KPIs while learning through hands-on projects in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. degree in engineering/science disciplines.
• Willing to work 4–6 months in NJ/PA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily GSMG operations and risk systems maintenance.
• Assist with project tasks and compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to data analytics, dashboards and KPI development.
