Job summary

Olin is seeking a Process Engineer Co-Op for Fall 2027 to Spring 2028 in East Alton, IL. The role runs six months and offers a $30.00 hourly wage plus a housing stipend.

You will work full-time and contribute to manufacturing excellence through lean initiatives and CAPEX related projects. You will lead at least three hands-on projects, support preventive maintenance policy development, and help drive process improvements in small caliber ammunition production.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited college pursuing an undergraduate Mechanical degree.
• GPA 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale; official transcript required each term.
• Completed sophomore year (60 credits) prior to first rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects during the rotation.
• Support maintenance with preventive and predictive maintenance policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements in small caliber ammunition production.
