You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, coordinate with the clinical team, and participate in daily meetings to support recovery in a community setting.

Formación

• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders treatment models and state regulations.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Willingness to work on call/weekend shifts as needed.
