Qualifications

• Must hold Missouri QAP credential.
• Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred.
• Willingness to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling services to support client recovery and daily functioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care.
• Develop transition plans and complete required summaries to support transitions of care.
• Respond to crises using sound clinical judgment and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Manage an assigned caseload while ensuring timely service delivery.
• Represent the organization professionally in the community and with referral partners.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to strengthen clinical knowledge and skills.
