RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to help lead a high-volume store, mentor Shift Managers, and drive guest satisfaction and store profitability. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to execute promotions, manage operations, and uphold RaceTrac standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail or restaurant leadership, are adaptable, and excel at coaching and communication. This full-time role offers growth potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.
