RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manag­er to lead a high‑performing team and drive store profitability. You’ll coach shift managers, cultivate a guest‑first culture, and execute store strategies with autonomy yet supported by proven systems.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail/food leadership, strong coaching and communication skills, and the ability to read metrics like P&L and labor. This is a full‑time, on‑site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Empower teams by setting clear expectations and feedback.
• Foster open communication across all shifts.
• Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels and vendor relationships.
• Drive promotional execution and food service compliance.
• Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and aligned with RaceTrac standards.
• Champion food safety and compliance.
• Maintain documentation for audits or inspections.
• Drive results through collaboration and scheduling support.
• Provide performance feedback to the General Manager.
