Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Cedar Park, TX, is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to be the store’s right hand, supporting the Store Manager and leading a team of assistants and stylists.

You will drive store sales, monitor KPI reporting, coach staff, manage payroll and expenses, and ensure Windsor merchandising directives and visual guidelines are followed while delivering an Omni‑channel Oasis experience to every customer. 1 year retail management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze KPI data and translate to actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall productivity.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of assistants and stylists.
• Partner with Store Manager on payroll, expenses and operations.
• Maintain Windsor merchandising directives and Visual Guidelines.
• Deliver an Omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer.
