Windsor Fashions in Savannah, GA is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to act as the Store Manager's right hand, driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, and coaching a high-performing team of assistants and stylists.

You will analyze KPI reporting, create an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers, and ensure adherence to Windsor’s Visual Guidelines and merchandising standards. The role offers leadership growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of up to 25 associates.
• Strong communicator in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.
• Skilled in analyzing KPI reports to drive sales.
• Committed to Windsor policy and visual guidelines.
