Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking a full-time Co-Manager in Palm Desert, CA to serve as the Store Manager’s right hand and drive sales and operations. You will coach a team of assistants and stylists, manage payroll and expenses, and uphold Windsor’s merchandising standards and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in retail management, strong leadership, and a proven ability to guide a team toward targets while maintaining store integrity and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience
• Leadership experience with up to 25 employees
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to analyze KPI data and translate to actions
• Flexible schedule and reliability

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity in partnership with the Store Manager
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of assistants and stylists
• Ensure adherence to Windsor policies, visual guidelines and merchandising directives
• Develop talent through onboarding and ongoing coaching
• Maintain store operations, payroll, and expenses with accuracy and integrity
• Foster a culture of respect, accountability and continuous improvement
