Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work openings and closings with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and productivity while managing shrink, payroll and expenses.
• Lead and develop a team of up to 25 employees.
• Provide onboarding, feedback, and coaching to stylists.
