RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is looking for a General Manager to lead a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, guest‑centric store environment.

You’ll mentorShift Managers and frontline staff, drive sales, control inventory, and uphold food safety and brand standards. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of retail or restaurant leadership and a proven track record in coaching, problem solving, and delivering results in a high‑volume setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a High‑Performing Team: Cultivate a guest‑first culture, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient.
• Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Empower teams by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and leading by example.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across all shifts.
