Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to drive guest satisfaction and store performance in a high-volume environment. You will coach Shift Managers and team members, set clear expectations, and lead by example to foster a guest-first culture.

You’ll execute store-level strategies to boost sales, manage inventory and comply with food safety standards, while building a collaborative team that analyzes reports and improves metrics over time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through training and coaching.
• Drive store-level strategies to increase sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Ensure food safety compliance and maintain store cleanliness and brand standards.
• Collaborate across shifts to drive scheduling, performance feedback, and accountability.
