Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a store leader to guide a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced retail environment. You’ll coach Shift Managers and crew, drive guest satisfaction, and execute store strategies to grow sales and margins.

You’ll harness data to optimize scheduling, inventory, and promotions, while maintaining food safety, brand standards, and a welcoming guest experience. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: cultivate guest-first culture, mentor Shift Managers and team members, empower teams with clear expectations and feedback, foster open communication across shifts.
• Support Operational Excellence: execute store-level strategies to drive sales, monitor inventory and vendor relationships, manage cash control, drive promotions and ensure food service compliance.
• Champion Food Safety & Compliance: conduct regular food quality checks, ensure safety regulations compliance, maintain documentation for audits.
• Drive Results Through Collaboration: analyze reports, identify trends, adjust scheduling, provide performance feedback, drive accountability.
