RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Co-Manager to support the General Manager, lead by example, and help teams deliver exceptional guest experiences daily.

The role focuses on driving store performance, developing talent, and executing company strategies in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail or food service leadership, with at least 1 year in a management role; strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead & develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture with welcoming and efficient service.
• Mentor and coach Shift Managers and team members through training.
• Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and lead by example.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across all shifts.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution and ensure food service compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and alignment with brand standards.
• Champion food safety and compliance; conduct quality checks.
