The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with the General Manager to meet performance targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.
