Windsor Fashions seeks a Store Co-Manager to serve as the Store Manager’s right hand in Wellington, FL. You will drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a fashion-loving team of assistants and stylists to deliver an Oasis shopping experience.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to maintain Windsor’s standards, develop talent, and uphold the brand’s values in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience driving store sales and KPI performance.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall productivity in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of assistants and stylists.
• Ensure payroll, expenses and shrink are effectively managed.
