Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Managers to be the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager and leading by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on developing a winning team, driving performance, and aligning with RaceTrac's mission to simplify and improve lives.

You will lead a high-performing team, coach shifts, manage operations, and ensure food safety, guest satisfaction, and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through training and coaching.
• Drive store-level strategies to increase sales and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution and food service compliance.
• Ensure store cleanliness and brand standards.
• Analyze reports and act on trends to improve store performance.
• Assist in team scheduling and staffing with the GM.
