Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a Co-Manager to act as the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager, leading by example, and delivering guest experiences every day.

You’ll drive store performance, develop talent, and operate with autonomy within RaceTrac’s proven systems. This role offers competitive pay, incentives, and a clear path to general manager through leadership training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through training and coaching.
• Mentor shift managers and team members, setting clear expectations.
• Drive store performance by executing strategies, monitoring inventory, and cash controls.
• Ensure food safety, brand standards, and an engaging guest experience.
• Analyze reports and labor/sales metrics to drive results.
