RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking a Co-Manager to serve as the store heartbeat, supporting the General Manager and leading by example. You will help build a winning team, drive store performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across a high-volume environment.

You’ll mentor Shift Managers, coach team members, and uphold RaceTrac’s standards while managing inventory, food safety, and daily operations. This role offers growth, training, and a hands-on leadership path within a dynamic company.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by mentoring Shift Managers and staff.
• Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Champion food safety and compliance through regular quality checks and training.
• Drive results through collaboration, analyze reports, and manage scheduling with the GM.
