Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to drive guest-first service and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll guide a dynamic crew, empower Shift Managers, and model accountability every shift.

You will mentor shift managers, execute store strategies to boost sales and profitability, uphold food safety standards, and collaborate across shifts to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics (P&L, labor, sales).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across shifts.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships and cash control.
• Ensure food safety standards and compliance, and drive clean, stocked stores.
