RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to build and guide a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll mentor Shift Managers, coach teammates, and drive sales while upholding brand standards and food safety.

You’ll participate in scheduling, inventory control, and execution of promotions, leveraging analytics to improve guest satisfaction and store profitability. This role offers leadership growth across RaceTrac’s divisions and a path to advancement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a High‑Performing Team: cultivate a guest‑first culture, mentor Shift Managers and staff, set expectations, and lead by example.
• Support Operational Excellence: drive store strategies, monitor inventory, manage vendor relationships and cash control, execute promotions.
• Champion Food Safety & Compliance: conduct food quality checks, ensure safety compliance, maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Drive Results Through Collaboration: analyze reports, adjust staffing, provide performance feedback, and promote accountability across the team.
