Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a store leader to build and sustain a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll mentor Shift Managers and frontline teammates, drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety standards.

You will analyze performance metrics, manage scheduling with the General Manager, and promote a culture of accountability and excellence across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through training and coaching.
• Support store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Ensure food safety compliance and documentation for audits.
