RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Store Leader to develop a high-performing team and execute store-level strategies that boost sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability. You will mentor Shift Managers, manage inventory and promotions, and ensure food safety and compliance.

The role requires coaching, strong communication, and problem-solving skills in a high-volume retail environment, with focus on results and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsabilités

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team: cultivate guest-first interactions, mentor Shift Managers and staff, set expectations, provide feedback, and lead by example.
• Support Operational Excellence: drive store-level strategies, manage inventory, vendor relations, cash control, and promotional execution.
• Champion Food Safety & Compliance: conduct regular food quality checks, ensure safety regulations compliance, maintain documentation for audits.
• Drive Results Through Collaboration: analyze reports, identify trends, assist scheduling, and drive accountability across the team.
