Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a store leadership professional to oversee a high-volume, guest-focused operation. You will lead and develop a dynamic team, coach Shift Managers, and drive store profitability while maintaining food safety and brand standards.

You will monitor inventory, cash controls, and vendor relationships, support scheduling, and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership in retail, food service, or restaurant environments.
• Strong coaching, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and store profitability.
• Monitor inventory, cash control, and vendor relations.
• Ensure food safety, compliance, and store standards.
• Support scheduling and staffing in coordination with the General Manager.
• Provide feedback and coach for accountability across the team.
