RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced store environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and execute store-level strategies to boost sales and profitability, while ensuring adherence to food safety and brand standards.

You’ll manage inventory, support scheduling, and foster a collaborative culture with a focus on accountability and results. This role offers strong promotion potential within RaceTrac.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture, ensuring welcoming and efficient service.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Empower teams by setting clear expectations and giving feedback.
• Foster open communication across all shifts.
• Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution and food service compliance.
• Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and aligned with RaceTrac brand standards.
• Champion food safety & compliance and conduct regular checks.
• Maintain documentation for audits or inspections.
• Support scheduling and staffing in coordination with the General Manager.
