RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to be the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager, leading by example, and helping teams deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

You will drive store performance, develop top-tier talent, and implement RaceTrac’s mission to make people’s lives simpler and more enjoyable. Expect a dynamic, hands-on environment with coaching, training, and strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing team and cultivate a guest-first culture.
• Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control.
• Drive promotional execution and ensure food service compliance.
• Provide performance feedback and drive accountability across the team.
