Job summary

Journeys is seeking a Store Co-Manager to support the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruitment, training, and day-to-day operations. You will help drive sales, control expenses, and protect company assets in a fast-paced teen retail environment.

You will lead a store team, deliver excellent customer service, and coach staff to meet sales goals. Expect 45 hours per week, night/weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth within Journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and leadership roles is preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train and motivate staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, and training.
• Manage daily store operations in absence of senior leadership.
• Achieve store and personal sales goals and monitor expenses.
• Provide coaching and enforce company policies and standards.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a fun, full-service experience.
