Journeys in Wrentham, MA is seeking a Store Team Associate to assist the Store Manager and Trainer-in-Training with recruiting, hiring, and training store personnel to hit sales goals and protect company assets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be able to work 45 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of all training programs leading up to Co-Manager position or equivalent training.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
• Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of high caliber employees.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees.
• Supervise and manage daily store operations.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
• Understand Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the team.
