Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in creating in-store sales-building culture and weekly plans.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous service and front-end efficiency.
• Assist in achieving budgeted financial results for the store.
• Protect assets and conduct weekly audits on front-end, pricing, and receiving.
• Help manage store expenses and wage percentage targets.
• Support staffing needs, forecast requirements, recruit and train staff.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews with reports.
• Maintain awareness of store conditions through frequent store walks.
• Develop and coach department managers to build leadership bench.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards across the store.
• Foster positive morale and a selling-focused culture.
• Facilitate communication with store management and employees.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and ALI audits.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and policies.
• Maintain a safe facility for customers and employees.
