• Help achieve budgeted financial results for the store.
• Protect assets and perform weekly audits on front-end, pricing, and shrink.
• Contribute to staffing forecasts, recruitment, and training.
• Develop and implement development plans for hi-potential staff.
• Provide clear expectations and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain store sanitation and food safety standards.
• Foster a positive morale and selling culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
