RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Co-Managers to support the General Manager, lead by example, and drive exceptional guest experiences across the store.

This role emphasizes ownership of results, team development, and adherence to RaceTrac’s mission to make people’s lives simpler and more enjoyable. The Co-Manager will lead a high-performing team, mentor Shift Managers, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering strong store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across the store.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture with welcoming, efficient service.
• Coach Shift Managers and team members through training and feedback.
• Set clear expectations and lead by example to drive accountability.
• Monitor operations to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Oversee inventory levels, vendor relations, and cash control.
• Ensure food service compliance and elevated in-store experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and align with RaceTrac brand standards.
• Support scheduling and staffing in collaboration with the GM.
