Job summary

Groundworks is seeking a Co‑Foreman to lead a crew on local projects in Michigan. You will learn under an experienced Foreman, coordinating tasks, allocating materials, and ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction during install work.

You will gain hands-on leadership training and certification as you advance toward a Foreman role, with opportunities for internal promotion and a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two‑person crew; coordinate tasks based on priority, schedule, and availability.
• Review job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed on site.
• Install products and services with support from a national team.
• Monitor progress; keep project on track with time and budget considerations.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Complete required paperwork and reporting; drive company vehicles safely.
• Mentor crew, communicate with customers, and adapt plans as needed.
