Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills are essential.
• Experience leading crews or small teams in construction or home services is required.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a high-performance team in a local market.
• Review job specifications and plan materials, tools and equipment.
• Lead crew assignments, monitor progress and ensure safety and quality.
• Install products with support of a national team and meet timetables.
• Communicate with customers and complete paperwork and check-in/out procedures.
